1. The candle and flame need some improvement as the candle looks like a cartoon and the flame is too "polygonal." And then of course ads; you should integrate the background color scheme to the ads so a bright white banner doesn't ruin the aesthetic of the app in function.

2. It's also to bright late at night please install a buy button in the settings.It is fantastic but how to turn the sound off once you turned it on rather than closing and re-opening the app? Also, it should say contains ads under the install button in Google Play.I like the feature of selecting the length of time for the candle to be lit.

The app opens easily when I tap on it.It's supposed to let you change the color and message on the candle but when you try that literally nothing happens and it just gives you whatever candle it feels like and the options suck anywaysThis app is great but when I subscribed I still have ads and locked features.

4. Also the candle flame needs to be stable for meditation ,here its very fluctuating so not suitable foe tratak etc kind of meditation.

5. I would love to find a way to get rid of the ad's it ruins my experience.. I would pay money for me to have a candle 🕯with no ad's.

7. Gives me the real candle feeling when I use my breath to blow it out when I get back in bed.

1. Fix Candle light Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Candle light: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Candle light App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Candle light" » Open Candle light : Sleep & Relax » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Candle light » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Candle light : Sleep & Relax app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Candle light servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Candle light : Sleep & Relax" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Candle light app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Candle light might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Candle light. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Candle light then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Candle light not working

2. Fix Candle light Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Candle light be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Candle light not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Candle light may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
