1. So i will give thos app a 3/5.best app yet, streams music great, but it doesn't control my SD008 light itself.When you connect to the lamp you can't hear audio from your phon(only from the lamp) and the phon alarm work from the lamp also to the lamp alarm.Only music can be control.

2. But for the last three days app constantly crashes without starting at allMy phone doesnt have the app to control my hoverboard and it only workss for that app so this probably works if i had a different board.

3. Need more ways to control colors according to ambience.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix CITILUX LIGHT & MUSIC Issues

1. Fix CITILUX LIGHT & MUSIC Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart CITILUX LIGHT & MUSIC: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the CITILUX LIGHT & MUSIC App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "CITILUX LIGHT & MUSIC" » Open CITILUX LIGHT & MUSIC » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for CITILUX LIGHT & MUSIC » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear CITILUX LIGHT & MUSIC app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from CITILUX LIGHT & MUSIC servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "CITILUX LIGHT & MUSIC" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check CITILUX LIGHT & MUSIC app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, CITILUX LIGHT & MUSIC might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall CITILUX LIGHT & MUSIC. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall CITILUX LIGHT & MUSIC then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing CITILUX LIGHT & MUSIC not working


2. Fix CITILUX LIGHT & MUSIC Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make CITILUX LIGHT & MUSIC be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to CITILUX LIGHT & MUSIC not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, CITILUX LIGHT & MUSIC may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
