Looks like a memory leak? 2 stars because I was able to submit my appointment and because call center people are nice.After uninstalling and reinstalling the app again ( as suggested by developer), it finally has the latest version and it looks and works much much better! No more freezes, seems to be stable, but there's still a problem with the reset password/ forgot password option.

Very, very slow app and very unpleasant experience every time.Missing buttons or functionality, can't make simple appointments, I had to call the help to make sure things get done... even then I had to face frictions and very tireing experiences... if you have a choice, in my opinion the whole company does not worth the investment in the first place.Don't even know where to start.

3. If I choose GPay, I can't input my Google account (since it doesn't recognize that I already have an active Google session)... Overall, poorly developed app.Nice looking app but unfortunatelly, totally unusable: 1.
