1. Looks like a memory leak? 2 stars because I was able to submit my appointment and because call center people are nice.After uninstalling and reinstalling the app again ( as suggested by developer), it finally has the latest version and it looks and works much much better! No more freezes, seems to be stable, but there's still a problem with the reset password/ forgot password option.

Very, very slow app and very unpleasant experience every time.Missing buttons or functionality, can't make simple appointments, I had to call the help to make sure things get done... even then I had to face frictions and very tireing experiences... if you have a choice, in my opinion the whole company does not worth the investment in the first place.Don't even know where to start.

3. If I choose GPay, I can't input my Google account (since it doesn't recognize that I already have an active Google session)... Overall, poorly developed app.Nice looking app but unfortunatelly, totally unusable: 1.

4. Therefore, I cannot even open the account, nor can I create a new one since it expects authentication through the email that is never sent.Verry buggy.

5. Even when it is working there are lots of error messages and I have to try an action several times until it works.I reckon it's a known issue and they keep ignoring it.

6. I tried all three alternatives: Google or Facebook login, account login.

7. It's unbelievable they advertise this app and advise people to use it to book medical appointments.Can't make an appointment on the app, only on the website.

8. It won't send a verification email when creating an account (and Ichecked the Spam folder).

9. The same error is displayed when trying to login with Google.

10. Editing the appointment makes the app not responsive (e.g. add document to appointment while editing, push the "Edit" button and press "Back" button).

11. No email is sent to me and I cannot reset my password, after several retries.
