Why should I report an Issue with Widget for Google Analytics?

1. Edit: This issue seems to only be with the second free widget.This is an amazing app!! In the free version, it lets you update your google analytics data at anytime.

2. The widget does not seem to update on set intervals (5 min, 30 mins, etc.) Is this an option or do you have to tap the widget to make it update?I have just installed this app and keep getting Error code 10 when I try to sign into my Google Account (sign in failure).

5. I have been told to send the screen shots etc for £2.89.Im been using this app 2 years but today Google decide to block access for this app to analytics and there is nothing to do about it.

6. I'd certainly pay for it.Used to be very happy with it, then updated to Android 12 and the widget no longer works, plus the app keeps crashing! So if / when it's updated to fix that I'll amend this.Seems to be a very solid widget, can be customized and graphs are very readable.

8. The yearly subscription shows a pop up window showing details and percent change from previous period, could be hourly, daily, weekly, monthly or yearly or whatever you set it.

9. I was shocked that Google Analytics with all the resources and financial power they have don't offer widgets and I'm glad that someone stepped in and filled the gap.

1. Fix Widget Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Widget: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Widget App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Widget" » Open Widget for Google Analytics » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Widget » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Widget for Google Analytics app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Widget servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Widget for Google Analytics" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Widget app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Widget might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Widget. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Widget then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Widget not working

2. Fix Widget Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Widget be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Widget not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Widget may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
