1. Fix Astroviewer 3D Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Astroviewer 3D: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Astroviewer 3D App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Astroviewer 3D" » Open Astroviewer 3D » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Astroviewer 3D » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Astroviewer 3D app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Astroviewer 3D servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Astroviewer 3D" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
