1. When i loaded the document and edited the first paragraoh the dovument reverted back and i lost hours of edits on the update.Data is not reliable! Sales numbers are missing all over the place.

For example some days it will say zero visits to my site all day which I know is not true because ill have appointments come in from the site aswell as visit it myself from my computer, and run facebook ads that drive people to my site which i get charged for, however it won't record the visits and remain "0" visits for the day.

1. Fix Squarespace Analytics Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Squarespace Analytics: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Squarespace Analytics App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Squarespace Analytics" » Open Squarespace Analytics » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Squarespace Analytics » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Squarespace Analytics app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Squarespace Analytics servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Squarespace Analytics" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Squarespace Analytics app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Squarespace Analytics might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Squarespace Analytics. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Squarespace Analytics then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Squarespace Analytics not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Squarespace Analytics be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Squarespace Analytics not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Squarespace Analytics may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
