1. Its okay and its free but it is not great and leaves a lot to be desired.Decent spreadsheet with some powerful functionality (see the QUERY function!) The user interface could use a lot of improvement; some configuration settings are in the sidebar, some are in a pop-up menu and other are found in the upper-right menu.

2. it has awful keyboard support, using a physical keyboard requires a keypress to begin typing, before you can add any data, so you'll find yourself frequently missing letters.

1. Fix Google Sheets Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Google Sheets be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Google Sheets not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Google Sheets may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
