Why should I report an Issue with iMetric: Profile Followers Analytics for Instagram?

It crashes like 20 times before i can open it, then it needs to analyse your account for any changes which takes over 10 minutes of not being allowed to have the app closed or on standby in background or else it'll crash again, and then hoping it doesn't just stop at 99%! And when it did work, none of the buttons worked and no updates! Only the "wanna pay for better experience?"-button works! Absolute BS😠This looked like a promising app.

2. Update: I'm still using the app since I paid a full year for it because some of the info is accurate or at least close but now they want to charge additional fees.DO NOT INSTALL THIS APP!!!!!!!! ABSOLUTE SCAM!!!!!!! All useful features are locked behind a pay wall.

3. When I logged out and back in, it treated my account as a free account and asked me to upgrade again 4- It stopped updating any data and got stuck showing old data 5- I tried to reach out to support to fix the issue or to issue a refund and nobody replied.

4. I tried using this for a couple months, the uninstalled because it's no real help if I can't see my top content.They charge to provide inaccurate info that takes a ridiculous amount of time to compile.

5. 1- takes forever to update and you can't navigate out 2- the data it shows is inaccurate 3- I paid for the full year subscription and got it activated.

6. After about 2 days, they autocancelled my subscription (no refund ofc), so I'm left with 30 bucks less and a glorified screenshot of the instagram insights with all the useful info blurredThis app is a scam.

7. Found another app that does it lightning fast so I uninstalled this.Every single button you click in the stats page brings the payment screen, so only whatever is visible in your account, meaning how many people follow you and how many you follow, is actually accessible.

8. Full paywall, might as well just offer it as a paid app from the start, not forse users to link their account in order to see they have to pay.

9. I want a refund!!!It worked well in the beginning with no issues, then it just stopped updating the analytics report, it would say 1 min but it would take a bit longer, ultimately it got longer almost 6 minutes would pass and nothing? Now to the the point it would never do it.

1. Fix iMetric Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart iMetric: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the iMetric App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "iMetric" » Open iMetric: Profile Followers Analytics for Instagram » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for iMetric » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear iMetric: Profile Followers Analytics for Instagram app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from iMetric servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "iMetric: Profile Followers Analytics for Instagram" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check iMetric app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, iMetric might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall iMetric. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall iMetric then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing iMetric not working

2. Fix iMetric Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make iMetric be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to iMetric not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, iMetric may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
