1. It crashes like 20 times before i can open it, then it needs to analyse your account for any changes which takes over 10 minutes of not being allowed to have the app closed or on standby in background or else it'll crash again, and then hoping it doesn't just stop at 99%! And when it did work, none of the buttons worked and no updates! Only the "wanna pay for better experience?"-button works! Absolute BS😠This looked like a promising app.

2. Update: I'm still using the app since I paid a full year for it because some of the info is accurate or at least close but now they want to charge additional fees.DO NOT INSTALL THIS APP!!!!!!!! ABSOLUTE SCAM!!!!!!! All useful features are locked behind a pay wall.

3. When I logged out and back in, it treated my account as a free account and asked me to upgrade again 4- It stopped updating any data and got stuck showing old data 5- I tried to reach out to support to fix the issue or to issue a refund and nobody replied.

1. Fix iMetric Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart iMetric: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the iMetric App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "iMetric" » Open iMetric: Profile Followers Analytics for Instagram » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for iMetric » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear iMetric: Profile Followers Analytics for Instagram app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from iMetric servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "iMetric: Profile Followers Analytics for Instagram" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check iMetric app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, iMetric might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall iMetric. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall iMetric then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing iMetric not working

2. Fix iMetric Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make iMetric be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to iMetric not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, iMetric may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
