If you tap on a member name, a menu appears and a "remove user" option appears almost right where your finger/thumb was--meaning an accidental double tap will possibly remove members.Completely unusable, I got as far as setting up a pin, it kept on saying the browser don't have JavaScript enabled, the thing is... It is Google Admin's own built in browser, there is no where to go but there, and no way to configure said browser either.

2. I don't understand how somebody can come up with that and then genuinely think, "perfect!"No longer works? Cannot login, says no admin (I have multiple accounts on my device, 2 are super admin for different domains), prompts me to add an account and when I try it says that user already has an account on device and then I'm stuck.

3. I have my Google admin account set up on my phone, but keeps cycling through the login, saying account exists on my device.

4. Coaching is always needed On the plus side, it does enable some discipline & hence structure lacking in other media.I downloaded it multiple times but keep getting the same error code.

5. It linked other Admin/Super accts I did not want/allow it to, shows a teacher's "group" I'm not allowed to delete(?!), & all the other tabs say "Unknown error occurred", "The page you requested is invalid", etc.

6. Update 4-23-19: They fixed the issue and I am once again able to use the admin tool for my work's domain.This app was so helpful and useful to me as it used to reduce 80% of my workload and dependency on laptop.

7. I thought it would be useful to reset a user's password and the only option after auto-generating was to notify by a link that expires in 48 hours... I don't understand these UX developers.

8. When viewing a group, there's a delete icon (trash can button) at the top of the screen, and that's the last option I want to see when managing a group.

9. I could not even go past the login screen and worst thing is that I am using this app on pixel 2 which is a Google phone.

10. It does not let you chose or enter account id as the keyboard does not pop up on the login screen.

11. I would not recommend anyone to waste time on this app.If you get the JavaScript error, DON'T set a pin & it should let you in just fine!!! As far as what to do after that...your guess is as good as mine.

1. Fix Google Admin Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Google Admin: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Google Admin App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Google Admin" » Open Google Admin » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Google Admin » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Google Admin app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Google Admin servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Google Admin" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Google Admin app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Google Admin might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Google Admin. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Google Admin then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Google Admin not working

2. Fix Google Admin Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Google Admin be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Google Admin not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Google Admin may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
