Google Assistant Customer Insights

1. When I want to go back, and I tap the back button and it closes the app instead of going back... FfffffffffffEvery time you guys do an upgrade, it never truly is an upgrade!!! Ninety-nine percent of the time just generally and All electronics, (with the exception of a few) the upgrades are mostly downgrades!!! These days... Not just with Google assistant, but pretty much consistently every upgrade, on my computer, on my phone and/or any other electronic piece of piece of, equipment, industry wide!!!Works pretty well with maps but everything else is almost worthless.

2. And because Google Assistant won't work, my Android Auto won't work, which means the only music I get is the horrid local country station. It's nice all round but takes a while to start up and usually ends up affecting whatever else was going on on my screen.

3. However my biggest complaint is that when my phone is in close vicinity to one of my Google home devices it still responds to "Hey Google" even though the option is turned off in Assistant settings - and as a result the Google home devices don't do whatever it is I wanted.

4. I can't load my assistant account or settings to figure out what's going on, it no longer connects to my truck, and whenever I give it a command, it errors out and closes.

5. Then your done with it it can ask "is that all" and then you respond and it goes away or you close the pop upSomehow Google assistant keeps getting worse and worse.

6. Google assistant could be so useful, but falls short.

7. It can't answer questions it used to have no problem with, it sends you a list of search results instead of answering basic questions, it's suddenly very particular about the exact wording of your questions with no ability to respond how it used to, and they've completely eliminated 3rd party integrations.

8. It should open up to a settings and combination of useful quick access tabs/tiles of things you have asked it to do.

9. Annoyingly, assistant is even worse than the most hated Alexa (Amazon sucks so much).

10. I feel like the pop up bar that shows up when it's used can be minimized and made to look a little better and at the same time allow you to do other things in the back ground while it's up.

11. Which some do not allow for a couple setting options to be changed if you want the app to work properly, or at all.
