1. It would literally take two lines of code to implement thisWell-designed, no-nonsense exercise tracking app, perfect for recording workouts with a heart rate monitor, with or without location tracking.
2. Surprisingly, none of the other popular exercise tracking apps I tried were able to capture heart rate over time when not also tracking location.
3. Heart rate monitors can be linked but I have not tried that yet.Great app! I like the way it keeps track of how long you spend in each zone over the duration of the workout.
4. I'd rather it be a static week, like Sun-Sat.I've been tracking all my activities with Endomondo since 2014, and recently began experiencing reliability issues with their tracker stalling at the start.
5. 3.- Audible heart rate zone alerts Those are the only three things that stop this app from being the definitive excercise app on the market.
6. (Android 9.1) 2) If you pause your workout, at the end your workout duration still shows the entire amount of time when you started it and doesn't reflect your pauses.
7. It tracks route, heart rate, elevation changes very smoothly with a nice UI.
8. However, there are two issues that drive me insane: 1) The app closes my workout when the phone goes to sleep for a period of time.
9. I found myWorkouts, and am in LOVE! It's indie, so don't expect the most beautiful modernesque looking app you've ever seen - but do expect to enjoy a solid app that places priority on functionality, reliability and statistics.
10. It connected to my chest strap heart rate monitor right away.
11. 3 features I wish would be included are: 1.- I wish the distance traveled was displayed prominently during a workout but it seems it's only available after you end the work out.
