Thank you!Horrible everytime I try to sign in as I've already told me that I've exceeded the allowed times of trying to sign in and that my password is wrong and you want to get help is filled with the same thing happen to himThe telehealth option is completely unexceptable across all provider types.

I'll update the review when I can actually use the app again.For the last couple of days I can unlock the app BUT when I try to open the visits, messages or any other space within the app it crashes and disappears! It was working before the last update! I have a Samsung S10e that is up to date! HELP!!! Update: Thank you for the fix! It seems to be working again.
3. Never have issues with Doxy.App limits the password length shorter than the website so it is impossible to login to the app with a secure password.Text messages were sent to me for appointments at the wrong times.
4. In one case, I was sent a text for an appointment which wasn't on the app and the clinic was closed for a holiday! Also had another occurrence where I was manual scheduled for a Tuesday and somehow the appointment ended up on Wednesday, the same day as my other existing appointment.
5. This caused a 30 minute delay, provider called and by that time I was so mad I told them to cancel the whole appt.
6. It can be more than 48 hours and sometimes multiple messages to get a response, and then you're lucky if they read your messages thoroughly enough to give a response with useful information.
7. And if favour 24 :-)Password input form doesn't allow enough characters to use long passwordsHospital staff appears reluctant to use this app for communicating.
8. Can't actually use the app as they limit the password length pretty low in the app itself (web works fine, not a problem there).
9. I was waiting for my provider, did the test, got a phone call from the receptionist to echeckin which I had already done.
10. Supposedly this was going to be fixed last year, but still hasn't happened, several months later.
11. This app also doesn't show how to sign out.Easy to view, clear layout.
