1. It is unreliable!! An easy process restluted in frustration! Having to call and schedule my trip is a hassle, but my ride shows up.
2. None the less, I am greatful for having this service! However, whatever app version was 3 years ago should still be around since it was better functioning!App was redesigned, however the appoitment time and date section is off and doesn't allow am or pm input.
3. It wasn't assigned to any company yet.You have to Schedule an appointment more than a week in advance for it to process online and sometimes it still doesn't go through.
4. I like the potential of trying to create a better app, a great app, so please fix these issues to be successful.The app sucks, and doesn't actually do any of the things it's supposed to- you can neither make nor cancel trips through it.
5. Uninstalled the app!This helps me track what rides I have scheduled, but the version of this app 3 years ago was less prone to crashes & freezes opening menu pages, it was quicker to set up a ride & it would save all recurrent locations, unlike this version.
6. It will say 'pending' but you still have to call in and then the agents can't see the trip you entered and you have to start over anyway.
7. 1) It's difficult to enter an address because a) the app doesn't show what you're typing, and b) the app doesn't use the address you enter, it uses the building name.
8. The app doesn't confirm appointment nor generate a confirmation number.
9. The web version of a2c ride booking program does not work either.
10. The time I set the appointment for is always wrong and I have to make a note of it so it can be fixed when processed.
11. 3) App does not save the information entered so I will have to call in anyway to set the correct information.
