1. The app version is 2.2.1 and in Samsung devices 2.3.0 got the apk and installed that solved the above issues.. Requesting developer to roll out latest version on 100% of install baseSuperb very nice application full customer support securities is best camerasSecure system and NVR and camara poor quality , app slow Rmeye app not working apps slow and poor quality.It was working fine.for 1 year ..now .since 3 months not able view online ..it works intially when we switch on , after 5 , 10 minutes status goes for ,"time out" from "connected " in windows app ,..but mobile app shows DVR online ..but when we click it simply shows connecting and time out written mail to darshan also ...no responce...yet...Always Buffering continually but no image appearing.

2. Every second matters when it comes to security.Not working smoothly after closing the app reopening message on camera windows in app connecting, buffering endlessly.

3. Will u please rectify the software for quick cvtv images to appear.App needs to push notifications to mobile devices if any human face/body is detected.

4. Begins on the login screen every time and takes a good 30 seconds before it starts to display any image.

5. An option to choose how louder the alert should be or swith off the alerts should be available.very nice application with no lags and stucks all necessary functions are available.

6. Dvr menu options shows it is online.The software mobile app doesn't work properly.

7. On the other hand the CP Plus app takes hardly 3 seconds to display the image.

8. I am not able to view the cameras in my hospitalApp is very slow to load.

9. When trying to look into app it's buffering for sometime and later the MSG is shown "maximum video link".

10. App is not working.

11. Now after reinstalling app error 10000 is coming.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix RMEye Pro Issues

1. Fix RMEye Pro Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart RMEye Pro: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the RMEye Pro App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "RMEye Pro" » Open RMEye Pro » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for RMEye Pro » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear RMEye Pro app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from RMEye Pro servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "RMEye Pro" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check RMEye Pro app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, RMEye Pro might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall RMEye Pro. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall RMEye Pro then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing RMEye Pro not working


2. Fix RMEye Pro Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make RMEye Pro be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to RMEye Pro not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, RMEye Pro may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
