1. Now I have to go to the laptop, hook up phone and sort thru all the pics to ensure i have the correct ones with the correct jobs.Horrible app, assigns jobs to incorrect team members, displays jobs even after completion.

2. Downloads all inspections when I scroll up looking for a particular inspection making it harder and more time consuming to find the inspection in my route.

3. Also, it goes back to the top of the inspection list after completing an inspection so you have to scroll down to find the next inspection.I can't write a bid or estimate then take corresponding photos, place a dollar amount from app.

4. I spend an extra hour and a half a week redoing notes and refilling out forms because of this app.Absolutely worthless... If you can even get it to work, it's slow and buggy.

5. Hell it doesn't even auto sync to the desktop you need to manually sync.

6. Glitches make this software cumbersome and simple steps and tasks are slow and full of redundant irrelevant questions.

7. The notes I put in the app NEVER sync over to the desktop version.

8. Not a tool for productivity, a tool that wastes time and makes an easy process, completely NOT EASY.

9. Always room for improvement but the developers are constantly adding and updating features.Does not deserve one star.

10. Reinstalled and got same results.when it works it good, but not when the pics i take do not stay associated with the job they were taken with.

1. Fix EZcare (EZ Inspections) Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart EZcare (EZ Inspections): Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the EZcare (EZ Inspections) App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "EZcare (EZ Inspections)" » Open EZcare (EZ Inspections) » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for EZcare (EZ Inspections) » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear EZcare (EZ Inspections) app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from EZcare (EZ Inspections) servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "EZcare (EZ Inspections)" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check EZcare (EZ Inspections) app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, EZcare (EZ Inspections) might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall EZcare (EZ Inspections). If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall EZcare (EZ Inspections) then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing EZcare (EZ Inspections) not working

2. Fix EZcare (EZ Inspections) Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make EZcare (EZ Inspections) be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to EZcare (EZ Inspections) not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, EZcare (EZ Inspections) may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
