Peace.I can't even do anything on this app telling me to validate my email address and there is no email address validation link anywhere in the app after taking all my details bvn all of that plus the app is tamparing with my BluetoothI've been trying to open an account with this app/Bank, but when trying to get an otp via my phone number, it never pops up, all it'll do is wait till I request for an otp a second time and then, the old one that was meant to popup the first time would be the one to pop up, and when I input it, as expected, it says OTP invalid or expired.. I've kept on trying and trying, but it keeps doing same thing over and over again.

2. I just dey laugh myself... Who send me? This no be SPARKLE BANK..na SCAMKLE BANKSince when i send money inside this app bank it does not login again,before i sent my money, i have access to login any time and they keep on send me notification...... But the moment transfer money inside the sparkle app bank i can't login the bank again.

Go for it as long as you know how to use a smartphoneImmediately After updating the app on getting to Open it I saw an Error message Saying " Sparkle Keeps Stopping" I had to close the app Several times but Still not working ! I don't actually think that Bugs were fixed ! I guess The Bugs were Activated To work Better, Keeping the Bugs Alive ! I don't actually think sparkle is Actually Sparkling Right now ! 💔This app is a nonsense and scammy app.

4. Made a scheduled payment to my Opay account in 35mins setting so I could run a check on the Sparkle app and boom...i can't find the transaction history on my transaction page, the transfer never went through and no trace of my money.

5. made a transfer from the app to my first bank account they debited me from the app but it never referred on my first bank.

6. Please fix this.We will give you feedback within 24 hours That's all I've been getting from sparkle sc@m bank.

7. So pleas beware of all this new online app bank they are scamersI had a sparkling experience with the customer experience.

8. Suffice it to say I was pleasantly surprised that they followed up to make sure my issue was resolved even though the fault was from another bank.

1. Fix Sparkle Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Sparkle: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Sparkle App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Sparkle" » Open Sparkle - a Lifestyle Bank » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Sparkle » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Sparkle - a Lifestyle Bank app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Sparkle servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Sparkle - a Lifestyle Bank" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Sparkle app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Sparkle might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Sparkle. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Sparkle then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Sparkle not working

2. Fix Sparkle Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Sparkle be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Sparkle not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Sparkle may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
