It says i cant cash out untill 5 days after i took my first survery wich it has been five days

I use Pollpay daily, but yesterday I got a error that I use VPN and that I cannot enter the App. Unfortanetly I just cashed Google play 5€ out, but I cannot use it because I cannot enter the App. I dont and never used VPN or some kind of other App, that was a VPN. I just spent like 15 minutes doing a survey for like 90p or something and yeh it’s only 90p but at the end it said I was done but nothing else happened. I waited for like 5 minutes and still nothing so I was forced to back out of the survey and I received no reward. I have video evidence if necessary.

I found that I did a wrong clicked in a question of qualification days ago, in web. pollpay.app through wowapp.com

In my data, it should be I live in West Java/Jawa Barat but I clicked on Center Java/Jawa Tengah.

Now there is qualification again and when I clicked on Bandung city, it said "Your answer is in the wrong format" And " With wrong data your account and your reward can be blocked! "

I was in the middle of a survey and all of a sudden it says my account is banned for a year i cant getbmy pay out due to me i see many complaints like this. I have been honest and frequent user of this app this is incredibly unfair and would like an explanation or at leadt mybpayout. Owed to me i have put in hours of time fir this payout

A savoir que depuis mon portable l'application bug et que je ne fais pas d'enquête avec mon portable car à chaque fois au bout d'un moment je ne peux taper la réponse. (je pense que ça provient de mon portable). je fais donc uniquement des enquêtes sur mon ordinateur mais depuis plusieurs jours le site ne fonctionne plus.

I opened an account since around a month with poll pay and i was banned for a few hours and unbanned almost EVERY day. Lastly I was banned for a full year. I cannot understand what is this banning issue since I am always answering honestly. Now I am banned till august 2022? Is this a bug or what?I am unable to contact them

I have earned over $20 on Pay Poll and I’ve been trying to cash out $15.90 and send to PayPal. I enter my email address then it asks for my phone number so it can text me a 6 digit verification code. It’s been almost 3+ hours and I have yet to receive a text message with a verification code. This needs to be addressed ASAP and should be considered as Pay Poll’s #1 priority.

I am having problems with the app. Various times now i start a survey, and the page shows up as White with random symbols and text.. a technical error i suppose.. but when i quit and report the error, i get my account banned for 24 hours!! This has happened various times in the last week!

Also i took another survey and the first question was a "test" or something to see Quality of answer and i had to write about how to prepare my favorite food and i wrote a long and detailled answer and then told i wasnt suitable! Such a waste of time!

Normally I receive PayPal payment straight away but it’s not in my account yet and I haven’t received an email to say I’ve received it. It was about $19. The email I used was for a different PayPal email to what I’ve normally been using but I entered the email correctly and it’s a verified account etc. Why is this please? Is it just a delay?
