1. It give error message as full name is incorrect.Such a bad functioning app, when im trying to register a new acc, i added the nunber, it said "we havr send otp to your phone no." and i got it too but there's no any place to write the otp Such a crazy thingAfter login , it request for finger print enable but no any response of thumb mark .

2. Its irritating .Fantastic ! Its running perfect after the updated version of this app !! I m having fun using this app ! Fonepay points are updating when I scan and pay , and the beautiful thing is I can redeem those points for best offers running in the app with discounted price or even at free of cost !!When I try to enable my finger print .the app is automatically getting back .

3. NOT TRUST WORTHY AND TOTAL TIME WASTEPreviously we can transfer fund by ourself and can see the statment of amount receipt and transfer to bank account.

4. It has created so much difficulty in business transactions because some of the transaction previously succeded now it says unknown behaviour, failed to establish connection and that amount is still in hold.

5. Even the customer handling department is always busy when you need them, we at least have to call more than 20times for them to receive our call.There is one problem and it makes me angry everytime I open the app.

6. Why is it so?? What about the amount spent which is more than x hundred rupees?I am not able to connect to my esewa and bank account.

  3. Clear Fonepay App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Fonepay App servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Fonepay App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Fonepay App app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Fonepay App might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Fonepay App. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Fonepay App then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Fonepay App not working

  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Fonepay App be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
