Why should I report an Issue with ScreenLift - Earn Cash Rewards?

1. That upsets me.DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!!...I open my phone more than 1070 times in 6 months.... $1 dollar is 1500 ... This app lags my phone, wont let me access my camera unless unlocking my whole phone.

2. As well as it's riddled with ads! and when a new ad comes to the screen at night the whole thing lights up and wont turn off for 10 minutes unless I power off my phone... great fun.

3. Will delete the app if this is not fixed and recommend everyone else do the same so they are not making free money from us with no benefit for us.Lifts got stuck at 2999.

4. It would crash multiple times a day even when I was using my phone for something else like a game or the internet.❌‼️⛔DON'T.INSTALL.UNTIL.DEVS.FIX⛔‼️❌ ————————————————————————— Upon downloading Screenlift, everything seemed promising.

5. After using the app a few more times with ads after redeeming my points, my lifts went down for the reward but didn't increase with viewing ads.

6. Total dealbreaker since i drive quite a lot.Real review !!!! It works perfectly fine until 700 points (1500 points needed for withdrawl) then after 700 points it stops counting.

7. Edit: After waiting almost 3 weeks and writing this complaint and calling them out they finally sent my money.I decided to wait several months after having this app to give it a rating.

8. Also the ads are garbage.Edit: i tried "dealing with it", and now i have noticed it is stuck on 753 lifts for the past 2-3 weeks.

9. Tried to redeem points for $1 PayPal so it wouldn't be a complete wash.

10. At the beginning it was great and I was making a lot of points from every survey that I did.

1. Fix ScreenLift Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart ScreenLift: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the ScreenLift App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ScreenLift" » Open ScreenLift - Earn Cash Rewards » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ScreenLift » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear ScreenLift - Earn Cash Rewards app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ScreenLift servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ScreenLift - Earn Cash Rewards" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check ScreenLift app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ScreenLift might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall ScreenLift. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ScreenLift then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ScreenLift not working

2. Fix ScreenLift Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ScreenLift be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to ScreenLift not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ScreenLift may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
