Why should I report an Issue with FonePay?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of Inov8 Limited to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. Use it at your own risk.since many days app is not working, I don't know how many clients are impacted but this is happening whenever launch the app it's flash and just close no error message nothing I have sent couple of emails along with the video but nobody is attending my complaint, I will really appreciate if someone attend the complaint and fix the issue urgently.There is something wrong with your OTP function, it says "we have sent a one time pin to your phone....", but actually that never happens.

2. Don't know why this app even exists.very very bad experience ... my account has been blocked from 3 months... called them several of times but still they didn't fixed it if you can't control your customers why do you run apps like that just close it..... really disappointed ... ☹☹IS THIS A CRASHING APP👊 trying to login almost 10 times but crashing like this is a crashing app and has no other use.

Currently it is 99% restaurants only - Include mobile / branchless banking (like easypaisa or jazzcash) with some Islamic bank - Fix mobile topup issue - Include "tap n pay" / NFC paymentThe app is unable to link my HBL Card with the app due to which can't make any purchases! Tried seveal times.

4. When I click on forgot password, I get the message that pass code has been sent on my mobile phone.

5. App needs to be improved to work with all mobile phone numbers irrespective of the network type.I am unable to login.

6. I would still say that the idea is great but make the following changes: - Make it reliable - Bring in good customer care - Increase merchant networks.

7. How can you run adds on radio and tv and launch the app without any testing at all???? I dont know what kind of a bad developer will do that!!!Absolutely pathetic Developer and App There is no system to get a refund if payment is made through this app.

8. I downloaded app but it couldn't open properly, just opened and then closed it goes on by trying several times to open and then finally app opened and i signed up.

9. There is also no option to delete your account if you have created using this app, which is highly risky considering they have your bank account information.

10. Then again i opened the app but couldn't found login page except sign up page only.

1. Fix FonePay Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart FonePay: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the FonePay App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "FonePay" » Open FonePay » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for FonePay » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear FonePay app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from FonePay servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "FonePay" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check FonePay app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, FonePay might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall FonePay. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall FonePay then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing FonePay not working

2. Fix FonePay Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make FonePay be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to FonePay not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, FonePay may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
