The app on my phone will not let me log in, it logged me out by itself, and when I try to select my email to log back in, it sends me to the log on screen over again. I have money on the app, and I wanted to cash it out. I put in a lot of time on these surveys!

I'm the owner of the account with referring code QXW655B7FA. I've submitted a 10 euro PayPal payment for more than 10 days and I'm still waiting. I've tried to contact the support many times with no response.

This is m my second complaint in 2 weeks for the SAME ISSUE! This site first put a 17 delay on my payment for reasoning “putting my payment on hold so system can check for suspicious activity”. This 17 day hold was in addition to a 5 day hold to cashout in the first place. I did get paid on the 18th day, however when I went to submit a new PayPal withdraw with a new bunch of completed survey awards, the site AGAIN PUT MY PAYMENT ON HOLD, this time for 12 days so they AGAIN CAN CHECK FOR SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY! If you didn’t find it before in 17 days why is it on hold again! This is the most egregious and ridiculous survey site I have ever come across. Not only do they charge an additional fee to process the “instant payment”, they now delay the payment but keep that fee. They do not return the additional fee after the hold. I will be researching and contacting PayPal, possible a lawyer for a class action lawsuit against poll pay. Based on other complaints I have seen here, there is a common theme of this delay tactic for “checking for suspicious activity”. I believe that poll pay is submitting the payment to PayPal on a delay so they don’t pay instant transfer fees, but collect and unethically keep the ones we pay for it to be instant under the cover of “checking for suspicious activity”.

I waited the 5 days to cash out $15 to my PayPal address (cireyerots@redacted), which I understand and acknowledge is a safety measure for new accounts. When the 5 days was up, I went to initiate the PayPal withdraw and I was then put in another 17 day hold! This is the message that is posted: *** Request is on Hold for 17 days (401 hours) Our Security System is currently checking your account for suspicous behavior. Please DO NOT contact our Support, we can not speed up the process. Thank you for your patience. *** I already waited the 5 days for this “process” to be completed. This additional 17 day wait is unacceptable, shady at best and unlike any other survey site on anywhere. Please release the funds immediately to my PayPal that I have honorably, honestly and appropriately earned. If this does not occur immediately, I will be forced to leave a negative review on the App Store, Yelp, etc and will contact the survey owner of each of the survey’s you hosted that I completed to report a non-payment for my successful participation and completion of their surgery.

I am very upset with this survey site. I am missing 2 15$ payments that I redeemed for paypal. 1 on April 6th, 2022, and 1 on April 16th, 2022. So I first get in touch by email with your customer assistant Laura,she told me that game rewards are managed by Adjoe,I contact them 2 times without answer, so I wrote to Laura about it, also this time no answer. I filled Adjoe and your support form and nothing to do. I leaved a negative feedback on google play: no effect. I'll rewrite the feedback, I'll be able to get my coinmaster reward!
