Most receipts are either 'wrong store' or 'duplicate', both of which are BS done to avoid giving you credit.A lot of the surveys I try and take, usually don't let me through, they load, load, load, but then it goes back to the home screen saying how it apologizes for any inconvenience and awards me 1 SB for wasting my time (in other words more or less), but other than that, when I do get in to a survey and complete it, it actually does award me for what it says it is going to award me with.

2. You can't actually send a help request, nor does it let to change your password when you go in to do that... RIDICULOUS!! Tried many different days, many different ways, finally gave up and uninstalled!!This app has loads of surveys to complete.

3. I do have to say this app IS better than the SB "official" app in regards to taking and completing surveys.This app has always been troubling and i always do my best to avoid it, but on the swago event, it is required to complete a survey.

4. I tried to 20 minute surveys for around 80 points and each ended with an error message and when I checked my usage I was not credited and it shows like I never took the surveys (I took screen shots of both error screens).

1. Fix SB Answer Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart SB Answer: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the SB Answer App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "SB Answer" » Open SB Answer - Surveys that Pay » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for SB Answer » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear SB Answer - Surveys that Pay app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from SB Answer servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "SB Answer - Surveys that Pay" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check SB Answer app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, SB Answer might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall SB Answer. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall SB Answer then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing SB Answer not working

2. Fix SB Answer Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make SB Answer be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to SB Answer not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, SB Answer may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
