I loved the app it's so simple to use and earn money but only if you can make it pay us by mobile recharge besides PayPal I personally don't use PayPal because they just ban everyone everytime they create account including me so what's the point and if you just add another payment type we would be so thankful and I would rate this app 5starsTotally fake...I have used the app religiously and when i tried to withdraw money..it is not yet being credited to my paypal account...it's been over 40 days now...I have message them through the app(contact section)..no reply...I have also emailed them, but no replyIt pretty good app to earn money, although I encountered some issues, like when I posted something and it has reached the votes required to earn the coins, but then I didn't recieve the coins.

1. Fix HICH Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart HICH: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the HICH App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "HICH" » Open HICH - Polls, Surveys, Quizzes » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for HICH » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear HICH - Polls, Surveys, Quizzes app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from HICH servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "HICH - Polls, Surveys, Quizzes" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check HICH app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, HICH might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall HICH. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall HICH then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing HICH not working

2. Fix HICH Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make HICH be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to HICH not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, HICH may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
