1. Don't waste your time with this app.They are allowing you to take surveys and earn points...but redeeming them you can cash them in but the gift card doesn't show up.

2. I have completed the same surveys 8-10.times and still have no points :(The downloading games and completing actions option seemed worth my time because I could play games and earn a few dollars.

3. Surveys do not accrue many points for your time, and even with signing in every day to get extra points, after about a month and a half, the app just seems to keep loading so then you can't earn your extra points since your 'streak' isn't being kept.

4. I found one game that awarded about $36 and I completed the task, got my points and...can't redeem a gift card for some reason.

5. I wasn't paid at all, but they still got what they wanted.Used to be a good app, when you could get points on a routine basis and generally get a gift card from it.

1. Restart Downtime Dollars: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Downtime Dollars App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Downtime Dollars" » Open Downtime Dollars » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Downtime Dollars » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Downtime Dollars app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Downtime Dollars servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Downtime Dollars" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Downtime Dollars app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Downtime Dollars might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Downtime Dollars. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Downtime Dollars then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Downtime Dollars not working

2. Fix Downtime Dollars Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Downtime Dollars be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Downtime Dollars not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Downtime Dollars may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
