1. I have Cellulite fats in between my thighs, have been battling on how to get rid of it, but as soon I started this workout within 3days I noticed drastic change, super happy, 6days on it now, even seeing my stretch marks dissappear.. thumbs up 👍 👌After just 2 work outs I can feel the burn in my legs this app is amazing I would recommend to anyone who wishes to strengthen and tone their legs, great app guys.It's my day 4 of using this app and all I can say is friendly usable...I love these workouts.
2. Unfortunate that you assume everyone can jump and/or run...This app has help me with developing leg muscles in one week! It gave definition and tone onto my legs and help getting them stronger, you can create your own exercises or choose a workout routine, for more intensisty exercises you can simply buy a more exercise pack.
3. Fairly good exercises, but too many are heavy impact! I have arthritis, and choose walk for exercise, as opposed to running.
4. I don't know whether walking versions of your exercises are as effective as the jumping/running ones, but my knees can't take the impact of running and/or jumping.
5. It isn't like other ordinary apps which gives a few leg workouts and aren't even that much effective.Awesome leg workout App.
6. Also they track how many calories contain in each workout and measure its diffculties, definitely recommended ;))Best leg workouts.
7. Not being able to tolerate heavy impact doesn't mean you're "unfit" or a "beginner", as another app implied, unfairly.
8. Very impressed!!So I paid 240 ruppees to this app as it demanded and I came to know that 240 were deducted from my account and the exercises didn't get unlocked.

10. You'll feel a lot of burn in your legs but at the end ,its all worth it.
