I mean what app has only four exercises in one dayI love it and it makes u get a bettermshape in no time butnit also allows you to choose easy,medium, or hard.๐๐๐๐I like what am seeing... it's an easy way to exercise all by yourself without going to gym or looking for a tutor....it will really help me out amazing appEasy..simple and educating ..love this app.

(finally ๐ญ) I just have one problem am I supposed to have lower stomach pain after the first workout??๐คEver since I have had pain when I cough move or laugh hard.plz let me know.๐The app is actually nothing compared to what I thought doesn't count no voice coach tips the layout sucks and there's no serious difference between the hard and easy level.
