1. Its a really great app..At first you feel like maybe the workouts are to simple and easy to work but I was completely wrong as the days go by the workouts increase and become a little more challenging in the end you end up with exactly what this app was designed for a butt lift (my goal).
2. I like HIIT workouts, effective exercises, less time.From having done other butt workout apps, I have to say this one is subpar.
3. Easy to track, easy to see progress, tells you how many calories each workout burns and that works in well with my dieting app.
4. They also have an option to choice a song and time range that works for you...making the workout even more enjoyable.
5. The app is super good but just that I set the reminder for 6am yet the reminder wakes up when I wake up(it doesn't ring to wake me up until I wake up and press my phone then the remind pops up) it's cool.
6. The exercises are ok but the amount of time doesn't go with the number of reps at all.
7. My advice is stick to the program don't skipIt was awesome because it showed me how to do the exercises and time me.
8. can also choose intensity of exercises and it asks you how you feel at the end weather it was too easy or hard.
9. oh and it's got a drink water reminder and tracker tooWell I just started today and I enjoyed it even though it wasn't easy but am determined to keep up with it.
10. Only thing I'd change is maybe for extra dummies like me, a description of the workout under the workout name :)I'm not one to give many reviews but this is a great app.
11. Im following the same cadence from other apps but the music is going longer than the amount of reps.
