1. Perhaps the reason the data got wiped with the update is the location of the storage for the app - which I could not find with my file manager.Finally, finally, finally a health diary that does everything.

2. I'd like to know that that reading was a fasting reading.It doesn't allow you to add new tests, only blood pressure, weight, pulse, etc.

3. overall good app.Great app, easy to use but lost data on phone back up and factory reset.

4. pulse ox would also be beneficial addition.I like this app because my glucose and blood pressure doesn't vary much.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Medical Diary Issues

1. Fix Medical Diary Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Medical Diary: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Medical Diary App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Medical Diary" » Open Medical Diary » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Medical Diary » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Medical Diary app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Medical Diary servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Medical Diary" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Medical Diary app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Medical Diary might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Medical Diary. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Medical Diary then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Medical Diary not working


2. Fix Medical Diary Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Medical Diary be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
