1. I ended up.losing clients because if this appI have already bought the app at 28/6/2020, but when i try to create an workout on my desktop, is always telling me that i'm just a phone user, so i need to update my licence and put me on the page like if i'm a new subscriber...??? Support is taking too long to helpIt's a great app, very easy to use and maneuver.
2. This has probably one of the best if not the best exercise library, but I have been having issues, with sending links to my clients, it's in my name and they have to change it, and my profile picture is not saving on my profile.
3. Also have a LOT of trouble selecting the DAYS for their workouts, as the day options (M T W The F Sa Su) are almost covered by the "confirm" tab... This has OFTEN resulted in me having to undo the program, then retry, attempting to avoid the "confirm" tab until I've selected the days I really want.
4. Looking forward to getting more clients and using this platform.bugs a bit when sending workouts to my clients (they usually have to log out, then back in, for the programs to show up).
5. Workout completed and yet it is not reflected ... calories byrned not necessarily reflected in a calorie burn challengeTried it out and my clients could not access it.
6. Real pain in the a$$...i was supposed to get a support call today and have been trying to get help through video resources and their onboarding process.
7. It has a lot of exercises to choose from as well.Can't open up clients page at all.
8. Ive requested pricing for thier upgrade hoping this would qualify me for better customer service.
9. Helps me keep track of my workouts, nutrition.
10. I can connect with my coach and also see other training programs and follow them.
11. Definitely helps keep me accountable.Has a few bugs.
