1. This is a huge help to keeping track of things but also keeping me on track! 💗4 month review: Fashion over Function when it comes to the confusing layout, Fastic makes you work to get to the fasting section and history, which should be front and center.

2. (optional) I love how it goes beyond tracking just your fasting and weight loss, it allows me to track so many aditional things such as, my steps, water intake and meals.

3. Unfortunately for as long as I have used this app, and for how awesome it has been, due the recent update, I have uninstalled it.The app is very useful for keeping track of your fasting start and stop times as long as it's less than 24 hours.

4. I paid for the premium version but I won't renew.Full screen ads *with audio* everytime you do anything? That's not the kind of thing you can do for a utility app, guys -- if you already know how to do fasting, the app is essentially just a timer with some perks.

5. I've been using it for over 2 months so this change for the worse is a bummer.The recent update is disappointing.

6. I know that they need to make money, but in the last few months they moved from regular small adds, to full screen, media playing adds with sound.

7. But having ads shoved in between every button press makes those few uses quite annoying.I 2nd what Eric said below... Since the recent update, yes the ads are annoying.

8. It doesn't keep correct track of your weight loss.

9. It was nice that it had the frosty system to allow a bit of flexibility in fasting, but if they keep it up with these ads, I'm going to need to move on.

10. It shows a random incorrect current weight and incorrect goal weight and you can't change it.

11. I don't use the appt to track steps or water so it doesn't need space on the dashboard.

  • I bought your app and then ask for the food program I said I eat everything because you didn’t give the option of saying you don’t eat fish. And then when you gave me my meal plan it was all fish oriented. Which discussed me.   • Please can you revert the timer of the fast back to counting TIME FASTED rather than TIME LEFT of fasting? It is really demotivating to see how long is left. I didn't have my phone with me when I started eating today, so I forgot to enter in the time that I stopped fasting, and I tried entering it tonight when I was closing my fast, and it freaked out and took all my flames away thinking that I hadn't fasted at all.   • Greetings!

    I would need your assistanse as I have either been struck by a bug while using your app or I am just plain clumsy. Anyhow, I accidentally deleted all my previous fasts, and this dates back until I started using your app back in November I think. As far as I have looked I have not found any "undo"-button or anything of the sort, so it just seems to be gone, which is a shame considering how fun of a statistic it is to have to look back at. My request to you, if you can, I would like you to reset my fasts as they were yesterday and then I can edit in my new ones.

    Big fan of your app BTW, I am very interested in Intermittent fasting and your app is just what I needed. :)

  • Hi, after clicking the step counter in your app it caused Google fit to track my steps even when I disabled this option. I sync steps from my garmin watch to Google fit and this double counting is ruining mu numbers.
    I tried to disconnect fastic from Google fit but then I can't log in into fastic. How can I fix that? I want fastic not Google fit to count my steps. For some reason there is no option on your app to disable this.

    On Sunday 7th (which most likely would have been Saturday 6th for you) I accidentally clicked the $99.99 subscription.
    I have already asked twice for a refund, but twice I have received no reply.
    So, can you please give me a refund!!
    If I have received no reply within 3 days, then I'm afraid I'm going to have to leave unpleasant feedback, and I will be deterring everyone I know from using this app.

  • This is the 3rd time I'm typing this an it's getting a little tiresome. Was very interested in your app. Downloaded and bailed at point of payment when my only option was to pay thru google pay. I have a principled objection to using google pay. I don't want google in between me and my payments and never signed up for this. If this is my only payment option, I'll pass and back all the way out. I understand there is a free version. I'll just see if I can use that or find another way that doesn't require me to use "google -- sure, do evil --- why not". Get me?

    I downloaded fasting app in october. I did use it to begin with but have now stopped using it.

    However, use have automatically charged me 29.99 for the next 3 months and I DO NOT use this app and I do not want to pay that money.

    Use did not notify me that my subscription was about to renew!
    I would please like this money back. I am sure you are aware that due to covid money is tight and I simply cannot afford for you to take that money off me.

  • Sehr geehrte Damen und Herrn, leider kann ich in der app die Chat funktion nicht nutzen... Ich habe mir extra deshalb die plus version gekauft damit ich mit anderen Teilnehmen direkt kommunizieren kann. Gibt es da eine Lösung für das Problem?
    Auch die Tipps des Tages werden mir zwar am Handy aber nicht in der app angezeigt. Vielleicht könnst ihr mir da auch noch helfen.

  • I purchased your app on 1/11/21 for healthy eating advice. Unfortunately your app advises fasting. I have chronic health issues that require lifetime meds to stay alive.   • The data fir fasting on my profile is wrong, it shows an average fast of 13 hours but I have used the app for just over a week doing 16+ hours every day which is showing correctly in the fasting section.
