1. It says you can get 200 PR when you watch a short video but when it's finished, you can't exit the ad! Another one is the fake survey! I take the survey for about 5 minutes just to gain 200 PR and guess what?! After I took my time to answer the survey honestly and slowly, it says that there is no available points at the moment.

2. Unfair point system and very unstable.I watched tons of videos (ads) just so I can easily earn without referring friends and downloading other apps/games, it says that I need to wait for 24 hours so I can receive my xload, but almost 48 hours passed, still have none.

3. Try to check it later 2) You will get the most xload points on watching ads ( i dont know how many ads i should watch to get a certain amount, i just only watch ads for like a whole day and got 100ptsWas able to sign-up using my email.

4. (When you log- in the app will restart and you will type your PIN again.) But in the transactions on the Super Spin, uhm please lower the Super Spin Coin cost on converting into 1 XLD.

5. If you guys want to have many downloads then do my suggestion.The entire app and it's surveys are badly unstable, watching videos doesn't give any credit and forcing you to relogin.

1. Fix XLOAD Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart XLOAD: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the XLOAD App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "XLOAD" » Open XLOAD - Free Universal Prepaid » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for XLOAD » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear XLOAD - Free Universal Prepaid app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from XLOAD servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "XLOAD - Free Universal Prepaid" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check XLOAD app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, XLOAD might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall XLOAD. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall XLOAD then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing XLOAD not working

2. Fix XLOAD Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make XLOAD be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to XLOAD not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, XLOAD may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
