I liked the old version and was much more useful to me that the current app only form.App wasn't bad, downloaded it a year ago, it was hard to sign back in on new phone, finally did and was offered a trial, wasn't sure what the trial was but kept it going, realized a few changes had been made, one being a wallet to autosave in another bank account created by app.

It was okay but didn't understand if it showed autosave but the suggested auto save would put my main connected monitored account under 100$ it wouldn't save it to not overdraw, not worth sub for just this new featureI used the messanger app quite a bit, but since installing the actual app, the app doesn't work unless whitelist many tracking domains on my Pi-Hole.

3. Home network w/ DNS tracking disabled it doesn't.Frustrated, reached out for help as couldn't get connected to the auto save function since I'm in free trial period.

1. Fix Charlie Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Charlie: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Charlie App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Charlie" » Open Charlie: Debt Free Faster » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Charlie » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Charlie: Debt Free Faster app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Charlie servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Charlie: Debt Free Faster" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Charlie app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Charlie might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Charlie. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Charlie then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Charlie not working

2. Fix Charlie Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Charlie be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Charlie not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Charlie may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
