1. Given up!I been with woom for about 3-4 months on and off but since I signed up I have enjoyed using the app it too a while to figure out how to use it in the sense that the dates I put in some months would not match up to my period days which made that difficult to tell my most fertile ones apart in addition to the one percent pregnancy rate calculation everyday was frustrating however eventually got there, perseverance is key.

FF app has a lot more features and ever tracks when a pregnancy has happened and been lost.The registration has you put in your dates of your last period, but the calendar doesn't go back far enough! If you started your period late in the last month and haven't started this month yet, you literally can't sign up for the app without putting in false data.

3. Have uninstalled and reinstalled! So annoyingCrashed after 1 month, all the information I input has been lost.

4. Then to my delight I got a notification to say it was working and been updated! Still doesn't work even after deleting and redownloading.

5. 1st month was unsuccessful so I googled app and found out this one and provided all my periods information and it shows my fertile period and had s**.

6. Until your edit period function stopped working.

7. Thank you woomI didn't want to talk to many people about the trouble we were having conceiving, and this app literally offered the words of support and encouragement I needed at that time.

8. Pointless if I can't record this properly when trying edit (which I know jto do, as I've done it numerous times) the screen comes up blank.

9. The rest of the app sounds nice, but unfortunately the registration process needs work.The app has totally stopped working.

10. I downloaded this as I needed to try and track my cycles after MMC and the AI technology never picked up when my ovulation should have been.

1. Fix WOOM Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart WOOM: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the WOOM App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "WOOM" » Open WOOM - Ovulation & Fertility » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for WOOM » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear WOOM - Ovulation & Fertility app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from WOOM servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "WOOM - Ovulation & Fertility" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check WOOM app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, WOOM might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall WOOM. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall WOOM then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing WOOM not working

2. Fix WOOM Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make WOOM be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to WOOM not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, WOOM may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
