Glow Customer Insights

1. Now when I go into the app, it always pops up for the premium option for the app and I can never find the calendar! 🫤I'm tired of the CONSTANT pop-up of you trying to get me to buy the premium on your app! It's ridiculous! I don't need all the bells and whistles.

2. Original:The app isn't working, I paid for the premium to get predictions turned on and turn on the other things but that option isn't available when it takes me to settings.

3. Beyond the most basic of period/ovulation prediction which is available for free on multiple apps there are tons of "sample" predictions which prompt an upgrade to premium.

4. Please remove the premium pop-ups! And this app is too busy and getting difficult to navigate when yall keep adding extra crud.

5. When I would open the app in the past it would bring me straight to my calendar and show me when my period was/coming up, my ovulatin days and it would also show low/high percentages for fertility on every single.day in the calendar.

6. I just want to open the app, see my calendar and input whatever information I need to without the extras.Used to be good but now everything just feels so over complicated.

7. Definitely helps keep track of things whether it be periods, pregnancy prevention, fertility or pregnancy.

8. Developer, suggestions??I find that it is constantly trying to bait you into updating premium.

9. However, I personally feel that it isn't as user friendly/intuitive as it could be—too many graphics, charts, graphs, diagrams, and repetitive "tips" add more bells and whistles to the program than is actually necessary.

10. Yall have a few more options on this, which I like, but I am almost feeling harassed by the prompting of the premium.

11. The ONLY thing this app is good for, in my opinion, is the calendar so you can visually see when you can expect your period.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Glow Issues

1. Fix Glow Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Glow: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Glow App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Glow" » Open Glow: Track. Shop. Conceive. » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Glow » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Glow: Track. Shop. Conceive. app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Glow servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Glow: Track. Shop. Conceive." » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Glow app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Glow might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Glow. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Glow then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Glow not working


2. Fix Glow Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Glow be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Glow not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Glow may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
