MyDays X Pro Customer Insights

1. Maybe I'll try again in another 8 months.I've used this app for years, starting with the free version and upgraded to the paid version a while back, and with all the historic data it now has on my cycle, it predicts it almost exactly every time.

2. The best cycle app I've managed to find (I've tried many others and always come back to this one)Great app, insights and improvements, but... It has been a while (years) since I paid for the paid option, but unfortunately I don't know why, my backup has never worked.

3. I don't want to put my personal information online to a server that can't keep their web page up and running (the app claims to have manuals online, in fact it was just a page full of spam comments) so server backup is not an option.

4. I love the app when it works, but it's really frustrating to run into this issue every time there's a new update.This is the BEST app I have found to keep track of all my personal gynecological health data.

5. Update: downloaded the free version and sent my most recent backup there which actually took place after the crash but was inaccessible in the crashed app, then I deleted and reinstalled this pro app.

6. I lost a few entries and the backup was old, but after I copied the restore code over that used with the free app I was able to overwrite the data.

7. Backup and restore were a breeze so that I lost no time or data switching between the regular and Pro apps.

For me it's not the case though: I tried it about 8 months ago and couldn't get the back up from the free version into this one so I had to send the error message screenshot to the devs and delete the app.

9. I know there's a backup option to send data to your email but I shouldn't have to do that in fear that all info will be erased.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix MyDays X Pro Issues

1. Fix MyDays X Pro Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart MyDays X Pro: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the MyDays X Pro App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MyDays X Pro" » Open MyDays X Pro - Period Tracker & Ovulation Calendar » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MyDays X Pro » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear MyDays X Pro - Period Tracker & Ovulation Calendar app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MyDays X Pro servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MyDays X Pro - Period Tracker & Ovulation Calendar" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check MyDays X Pro app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MyDays X Pro might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall MyDays X Pro. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MyDays X Pro then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MyDays X Pro not working


2. Fix MyDays X Pro Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MyDays X Pro be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to MyDays X Pro not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, MyDays X Pro may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
