My Days Customer Insights

1. That's not the case anymore, on my new phone where I had to update the app (I backed up the old version but the settings button to restore my data from backup didn't load on the new phone).

2. I used to be able to keep the data between devices....not any more and more recently, my cycle is every 25 days and it will not override like it used to when i enter my actual start and end date.

3. Please fix!! The app has had 400 crashes in the last 2 hours and causing me to not be able to use the rest of the apps on my phone including my regular messaging app.I loved this app.

4. There's a reason why the data is needed, the devs must have understood that when they decided to include data backup options.

5. Too many ads when logging on app and my data don't save from one phone to another (only via email).

6. Ever since the last update, it just keeps popping up on my phone every minute literally that the app is not working.

7. Even with the backup options, and I used ALL, I was never able to regain any of my data.

8. If your phone crashes and you don't back up regularly, you lose all that data.

9. I needed the app to help with tracking cycles AND maintain previous data, it failed.

10. I know that rates change every day but this app is charging more than what the actual rate is.I have used this app for years.

11. I can just as easily keep a note in Google calendar as here.I used this app for several years, and it was decent.
