1. The app doesn't even remember I used Pregnancy Mode.I love ela, it makes tracking your cycle and ovulation so easy! you have access to fertility specialists, as well as neonatal meal plans personally designed for you! My favorite thing about ela is the amazing, supportive community of like minded women also on their ttc journey! The only thing i would change, it would be alot better if it had more options in the health log, for example, i wish it let you log your moods like, happy, emotional, irritable and so on and so fourth also it needs to add more physical symptoms, such as nauseous, bloated etc basically the health log is the only thing that needs improvement, it needs more options.I used this app for 3 years, and it was very useful.

2. No customer service! If you wish to contact them, they first collect too much of your data and personal information, and about device you are using, before they help you with anything, and that's just to give a response to a simple question.. Also, the projected periods in upcoming months are totally messed up! For some reason app shows 2 periods in 1 coming month.. I tried to fix it, but app doesn't let you do it.

3. Three years of detailed tracking is lost!!! I needed this app to find out when to expect my cycle or whether I am pregnant! Looking for another app!I just paid for ela gold and now it won't even let me sign back in to view it.

4. I am still searching the way to cancel it! The only thing possible would be to cancel my credit card with all the inconveniences which that bring, since I am not using the credit card only for Ella app of course.*Edit: still not able to get in.

5. Unable to sign in! I've used this app since 2017 to track my cycle and ovulation.

6. It worked pretty well until today, when I got logged off, all data seems to be gone and even after logging back in, no data is saved - everything I had entered for over 7 months.

7. Since giving birth my period has been inconsistent, the app wont let me adjust my cycle or, you know, "track my cycle" accurately.

8. Honestly it's not worth it, I also use Ovia which I like much better.Never get inside of the Gold membership! You don't get the way out! In the app there you don't find the way to cancel that.

9. The older versions were awesome, easy to adjust cycles if needed, good articles, and tracked my pregnancy so well.

10. Now I can't even sign in! All data since 2017 gone, including my pregnancy.

11. Disappointed..The app itself was fine, I upgraded to Gold which was totally useless and now they will not cancel my membership.
