1. If you have hundreds of items in past purchases this can really set you back.Pages frequently won't load! Frequently adding items to cart requires multiple tries! Frequently the app does not save items that you add to your cart! So, if you need to stop shopping for any reason when you come back most of the items that you added to your cart aren't there anymore! Very frustrating! But, once the order is placed the service is excellent.Tell me if you've heard this before: app that is working perfectly fine does an update and now the app doesn't work properly.
2. Half of the items that I ordered were not available when I picked up my order, and I was not notified in advance.
3. All of the items that I needed to prepare dinner for the day said they were available online, but then unavailable when I picked up my order.
4. Or even 3rd choice.( If they don't have either, gotta wait 'til next order is placed, as is the case now.)Just downloaded the new/updated app and it is worse than the previous app.
5. A yogurt I wanted said $1 off, but it was when you buy 3, so really 33 cents off each, why not add those minor details on the button? Glad I checked before completing my order.
6. Sometimes if you use the back button on your phone it takes you back to the beginning before you started your order but sometimes that is how you have to go back.
7. But the "clip coupon" button just says $1 off this item, no mention of needing other things.
8. I know some of the problem is me and my phone but every time I order it seems that the process changes.
9. Now in placing an order, I've had to restart this app several times and once I have the order in, I can't edit anything or even cancel the order because I'm being hit with so many service errors.
10. Clicking into the coupon shows you have to buy multiples, or other unrelated items.
11. Also if you even accidentally touch an item and it goes to the description screen of that item when you go back it makes you start all over from the beginning.
