1. As of now all communications are done over phone and then its updated over app after couple of days or more.This app is good but Unable to upload some documents, it's always showing error and crashes all the time whenever I click on save or upload.

2. Apart from these Minor problems everything else works perfectly fine.App is an additional work only for seafarer as There is no communication with the crewing team nor with mobilisation team .

3. The last version i can log in without any problemThis app is just a locker as of now , there is need for reviewing this app to make it communicable with crewing managers.

5. Need to use only files no more than 2MB with extension .jpeg (.jpg files doesn't support) or .png only for attaching to document.

1. Fix V.Crew Connect Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart V.Crew Connect: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the V.Crew Connect App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "V.Crew Connect" » Open V.Crew Connect » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for V.Crew Connect » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear V.Crew Connect app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from V.Crew Connect servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "V.Crew Connect" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check V.Crew Connect app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, V.Crew Connect might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall V.Crew Connect. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall V.Crew Connect then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing V.Crew Connect not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make V.Crew Connect be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to V.Crew Connect not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, V.Crew Connect may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
