About eCrew

1. The official e-Crew app from AIMS International Limited, the developer and owner of the AIMS Application, is finally here and it is offered free of charge to all crew from all airlines which are powered by the AIMS Airline software.

2. With great emphasis on speed, data security, and a brand new interface optimized for mobiles and tablets, the eCrew app will greatly speed up the process by which you will review your crew schedule.

3. You are welcome to download this app at any time, however your airline Administration will notify when you may commence using it. eCrew – AIMS Native Mobile app for Apple and Android mobile/tablet devices.

4. This eCrew app version does not feature the complete functionality of the AIMS eCrew web application, at least for the time being, but it includes the most widely used features.

6. Once downloaded, crew will be requested to enter the necessary details in order to register the device with his/her personal account. - Ability to view previous and next month’s Crew Schedule. - “Refresh” option (in addition to automatic Refresh) to load latest/updated crew schedule. - Import of duties to the mobile calendar. - Ability to view your schedule even when there is no internet connection available. - Call/send message to any crewmember in the same flight directly from the app. (i. e. - Switch to the main e-Crew web application (which provides access to all eCrew features), at a press of a button.

eCrew Customer Insights

1. In particular the Google calendar sync feature, which would be an essential tool for families, is wildly unreliable: sync will just stop working at random with no warning, reconnecting doesn't work depending on time of day or moon phase, or works in one moment then stops again the next...Ugh... What more can I say.

2. The Google account data is frequently lost, the roster disappears from my calendar after logging in and will not update, displays incorrect report times after clock change.

3. Forces fullscreen for no reason.The latest version now has a horribly buggy export to calendar (misses out events, jumbles up days and shows my flight as starting a day before than scheduled, flight number is completely omitted in the brief version).

4. When I achieve rare success and upload my roster to my Google calendar I cannot customise the data: no crew list or a/c data.

5. What is the point of this app when it does not have any audible notification when there is a duty change?! Would have gave zero stars for this app if possible because it serves zero purpose when all of it's crucial functions does not work!!!The new update is awful.

6. And why is it mandatory to sync with my calendar, this option is enabled on each launch and requests access to my calendar... All the time... Rather annoying overallThis app is interesting.

7. Update as of this morning the calender sync does not work againThe app is extremely slow to sync data from servers.

8. Has an old school design but the main problem is that if you want to sync it with your phone calendar it blocks your calendar and can't use it anymore.

9. Has nothing to do with the airline is the app that can't handle the phone.Apparently the issues where rosters were not syncing with Google calendar is solved.

10. Tried to sync to my calender and the phone's calender app is no longer working and keeps crashing.

11. I used to to get real time push notifications when there are changes on our roster for my Samsung android phone.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix eCrew Issues

1. Fix eCrew Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart eCrew: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the eCrew App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "eCrew" » Open eCrew » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for eCrew » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear eCrew app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from eCrew servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "eCrew" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check eCrew app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, eCrew might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall eCrew. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall eCrew then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing eCrew not working


2. Fix eCrew Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make eCrew be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to eCrew not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, eCrew may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • I am not able to log into Ecrew. My crew code is VOROAL and all the temporary passwords the company gave me are not working, and also the one that I usually use (for other apps) does not work
