1. My most memorable use of it was on a Monday afternoon at 4 PM when a patient said," I think I have malaria." Because of 5MCC, I asked the correct questions, surmised which types were most likely, ordered the correct labs, and appropriately treated the patient.Great product! I have had some issues using computer WebApp however... Will change to 5 star if I can get this resolved UPDATE: 5 minute phone call and it was resolved! Excellent customer service.

2. I wish that I would be able also to use it on my computer because sometimes the phone is a little too small to read and I would like to add a print function to for problems I regularly encounter.Beware! I'm a student and I installed this app because I thought it would help in clinicals.

1. Fix 5-Minute Clinical Consult Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart 5-Minute Clinical Consult: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the 5-Minute Clinical Consult App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "5-Minute Clinical Consult" » Open 5-Minute Clinical Consult » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for 5-Minute Clinical Consult » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear 5-Minute Clinical Consult app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from 5-Minute Clinical Consult servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "5-Minute Clinical Consult" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check 5-Minute Clinical Consult app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, 5-Minute Clinical Consult might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall 5-Minute Clinical Consult. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall 5-Minute Clinical Consult then reinstall.
