God bless.These people are thieves, I bought this app a long time ago and when they decided to update it, they locked many people out and pretend that we must download the older version coz this version is different, and that its not their problem if we can't find it but Google's problem.Good app for thinking about differentials.

2. I would pay extra if it connected to a database with more info about each condition, e.g., suggested test panels/workups.It's a good resource for making sure you cover all your bases l, but it keeps asking me to log in and blocking me from the content for no reason.

3. I'll rate 5 stars if I'm allowed to use stuff I already paid for.Great app, was cheap, not sure why everyone is complaining, some problem with the upgrade and customer service solved the problem quickly.

1. Fix Diagnosaurus DDx Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Diagnosaurus DDx: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Diagnosaurus DDx App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Diagnosaurus DDx" » Open Diagnosaurus DDx » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Diagnosaurus DDx » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Diagnosaurus DDx app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Diagnosaurus DDx servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Diagnosaurus DDx" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Diagnosaurus DDx app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Diagnosaurus DDx might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Diagnosaurus DDx. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Diagnosaurus DDx then reinstall.
