1. If you are using the latest modern OS & Android 10 /11+ and having serious issues with connectivity or stability, you almost certainly require UPGRADE to the latest non-legacy client.

2. This was my issue!difficult, not user friendly, doesnt work on iPhone and home computer.Fast,reliable and secure RDP appPhone lag sometimes and reboots.

3. For eg, when you use right click option, it disconnects with the message "RDP internal error." I'm unable to use the right click option using this app.

1. Restart Parallels Client (legacy): Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Parallels Client (legacy) App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Parallels Client (legacy)" » Open Parallels Client (legacy) » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Parallels Client (legacy) » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Parallels Client (legacy) app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Parallels Client (legacy) servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Parallels Client (legacy)" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Parallels Client (legacy) app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Parallels Client (legacy) might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Parallels Client (legacy). If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Parallels Client (legacy) then reinstall.
