1. Very annoying if you pay for parking a lot or shop somewhere multiple times because you have to manually go back and fix each expense.I decided to purchase the premium subscription for a year and within the first 24 hours I made more than the subscription cost back by finding and cancelling hidden subscriptions and fees I didn't realize I was paying.

Seems like Rocket Money should reimburse paying customerI'm 19 years old and a year ago got my first credit card, and quickly found it difficult to keep track of where all my money was, so I got the app and it helped a ton! It makes me aware of how much I make and how much I really spend (more than I thought).
3. Maybe it's not all Rocket's fault (might be a Plaid issue), but all I can rate is my experience with Rocket.Updating my review: There is an issue with Plaid and Amex that doesn't allow a connection through Rocket Money anymore.
4. This app continues to charge for premium service that doesn't work, and points the finger at Plaid, even though the customer isn't paying Plaid and can't report issues to Plaid.
5. 5 stars for sure!Neat features for a free app, but CONSTANT disconnections (requiring re entering logins and 2 factor codes, multiple times a week) and lack of syncing with multiple accounts wrecks it.
6. So far I've had no issues it helps with bill reminders and lowering payments and even recommends choosing different companies to use to save money.
7. I have a savings account already for emergencies, and having a separate savings for fun stuff is amazing! 10/10I had tried a different App.
8. If you're charging money for something and your partner provider isn't working, you find a new partner or stop charging until it's fixed.
9. Currently, I have one account that won't reconnect (I get an error with no more info), and no transactions on any accounts have shown up for a week.
10. It pretty accurate, you have to log in to all your accounts with your passwords, and hope they have a great security system! Plus you have to know your information to each one to get started.
11. One would assume that in 7 MONTHS (!!) they would have made some progress or at least provide more useful information.
