This is a huge process, but with the simplicity in the app, everything has gone smoothly.When I thought there was no way to get the help I need to improve my home and b proud of it again Rocket Mortgage saved the day, not only did I get the help I needed but the staff was the most knowledgeable , pleasant helpful people I have ever dealt with , it was so easy I thought there was a catch!, I highly Recommend Rocket mortgage, they r a class act .

2. Here's an improvement suggestion: I would like to be able to choose which dates a scheduled payment comes out on rather than "every other week." We get paid on specific days of the month, so the "every other week" option doesn't work for us.

3. Thank you Rocket Mortgage 🚀All went well at first, 8 months later we find out that they misplaced our wind and hail insurance and forgot to include it in the original loan.

4. In other words, you can't actually see you setup something like an additional principle payment unless you go to change the autopay settings.This easily navigate-able, simple app, which I like.

5. It literally takes longer to open the app than actually make your payment I'm very happy with it being so simpleIt's lovely that I have to take 3 steps to login EVERY TIME, even though I already setup biometric login.

1. Fix Rocket Mortgage Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Rocket Mortgage: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Rocket Mortgage App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Rocket Mortgage" » Open Rocket Mortgage » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Rocket Mortgage » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Rocket Mortgage app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Rocket Mortgage servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Rocket Mortgage" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Rocket Mortgage app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Rocket Mortgage might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Rocket Mortgage. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Rocket Mortgage then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Rocket Mortgage not working

2. Fix Rocket Mortgage Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Rocket Mortgage be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Rocket Mortgage not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Rocket Mortgage may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
