1. Please! Just kill this app!Won't accept card info or payments, barely connects to the bank if at all, and getting on the actual website is the only way to (barely) get anything doneWhen adding bank for certified payments, it will time out.

2. I've tried on the app, website, different browsers, clearing my cache, changing my security settings on my account, and nothing works.Can't even pay when it says unit unassigned and there's no option to assign one.

3. I would use my bank account which only has a 4$ fee but it isn't even listed on there bank options, so now I'm forced to use the credit card option with a 3.25% fee.

5. Would switch if I couldWell it seems during this last update all my saved payment information has disappeared.. i can't even pay my rent because it just freezes on the loading screen.

6. I used to be able to add my account and routing number but suddenly I can't now? I have to go a long way around only for it to say it couldn't verify my account.App doesn't work half the time.

7. The first time I did a transaction, I was told it was cleared and had a receipt then days later the notified me that it had in fact not gone threw and I had to pay a late fee to my complex because the didn't tell me sooner.

8. I'm on disability, my check barely covers bills, I can't afford late fees & now I'm facing eviction! Absolutely the worst payment app I've ever had to use.

9. I've tried multiple ways to add my account without success forcing me to pay an absurd amount for a transaction fee.

10. A 3.25% platform fee is a bit ridiculous 60+ dollars on top of rent just disgusting..Update! Here we are again a month later and it still won't work.

1. Fix Domuso Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Domuso: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Domuso App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Domuso" » Open Domuso » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Domuso » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Domuso app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Domuso servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Domuso" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Domuso app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Domuso might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Domuso. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Domuso then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Domuso not working

2. Fix Domuso Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Domuso be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Domuso not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Domuso may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
