1. Please fix!!The app worked so much better before the update! It's so slow now! It literally takes a minute or 2 to just change screens or even to X out of something! I get so aggravated with it that I close it & I don't want to open it back up! I have redownloaded Afterpay at least 3 times in the past week & it hasn't helped at all! Please fix this issue fast! I love Afterpay! It has helped me out so much when I was in a jam needing something & low on money! I don't have the patience to deal with it:(Afterpay has been good for me.

Like the further you scroll down the store list, the lagging starts and gets bad, and then the site doesn't open completely when you click on one.It's really good for helping you pay for big purchases by splitting them up, but the app is so slow and jankey that I've only been able to use it like 3 times.

3. It works well up until you log in and then it just sits there, freezes, and looks at you like, "What... ?" MOVE, dammit! 😂 I absolutely love the service! Helps me budget for non-essential purchases, but the app leaves MUCH to be desired.

4. Glitches, freezes, lags, and now it doesn't even show the amount I need to pay on the open order tab anymore, so I have to click on each individual order to see the amount needed to pay for the upcoming day(s).

5. The app needs upgrades, for sure.Edit:The store I clicked on, I switched to Browser and it gave me a warning that store/site was trying to steal my info! I love this app.

6. In one sitting, I had to close the app 12 times and ended up not even purchasing anything because it frustrated me so badly.I love using Afterpay, but I always hesitate to use it when I have to make a purchase through the app.

7. Any time I have ordered something on Amazon through Afterpay, the system glitches out when I try to put more than one item in the cart.

9. It's funny how Afterpay can remind you when a payment is due, but can't fix the issue or respond to your concerns.

1. Fix Afterpay Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Afterpay: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Afterpay App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Afterpay" » Open Afterpay - Buy Now, Pay Later » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Afterpay » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Afterpay - Buy Now, Pay Later app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Afterpay servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Afterpay - Buy Now, Pay Later" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Afterpay app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Afterpay might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Afterpay. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Afterpay then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Afterpay not working

2. Fix Afterpay Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Afterpay be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Afterpay not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Afterpay may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
