Amazfit GTS Customer Insights

1. I am giving 2 stars because some watch faces are visible.There were some good watch faces on this app...but since update it doesn't load any faces at all so paid for an app I can't use, brilliant 👎Scammer app doesn't work at all.

2. No way I'm paying for pro version of it since it won't work!Had this watch face a year ago and loved it! Tried reinstalling on my new phone and it just keeps spinning saying ads loading! I won't try again!We can set cool watchfaces and watchfaces like apple watch.

3. You have very short collection of these watch faces.After buying ad free version all watch faces are not visible nor I am able to download them.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Amazfit GTS Issues

1. Fix Amazfit GTS Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Amazfit GTS: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Amazfit GTS App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Amazfit GTS" » Open Amazfit GTS - Watch Face » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Amazfit GTS » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Amazfit GTS - Watch Face app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Amazfit GTS servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Amazfit GTS - Watch Face" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Amazfit GTS app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Amazfit GTS might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Amazfit GTS. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Amazfit GTS then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Amazfit GTS not working


2. Fix Amazfit GTS Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Amazfit GTS be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Amazfit GTS not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Amazfit GTS may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
