To clarify (see developer's response) - while I do acknowledge the filters, they don't really narrow things down much - one can specify "Digital or Analog", "Background color", "Sort order (date, popularity, random)", "24 vs 12 hr format", and "Watch color" (which isn't so much a filter as a choice of the watch body surrounding the face display).

3. Put in a good search engine, and I'll pay if I can find the watchfaces I want - I REALLY like the way this installs faces.The collection of watchfaces is very good, and at first worked well, but after an upgrade it stopped working.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix My WatchFace Issues

1. Fix My WatchFace Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart My WatchFace: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the My WatchFace App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "My WatchFace" » Open My WatchFace for Amazfit Bip » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for My WatchFace » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear My WatchFace for Amazfit Bip app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from My WatchFace servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "My WatchFace for Amazfit Bip" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check My WatchFace app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, My WatchFace might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall My WatchFace. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall My WatchFace then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing My WatchFace not working
