Why should I report an Issue with Amazfit GTR - Watch Face?

1. selections dont really work and its usually the same watch faces showing in every option, and when you reach a certain point when scrolling in any option, the watch faces just show a spinning circle and never populate to see them.

2. Watch faces which are kind of "premium" can be easily downloaded from other watchface apps as "regular" ones.

3. Worst app ever i seen.Another garbage watchface app, faces don't load after being forced to watch an advertisement.

4. There is also no favourite list where we can store our Favourite watch face then we can download and also if I change my phone the all watche face is gone and we need to download again in tha first.

5. Watch faces don't have description so if there are few versions it's unclear which to download.

6. You can find the same watch faces in other free apps.

7. Annoying, inefficient listing which randomizes watch faces each time and repeats them.

8. They took my $10 upgrade for unlimited watch faces and didn't blink.

9. Only issue I've got is price and 80% of the watch faces are too over the top.

10. Update 01.06.2020. I only gave one star because 99% of the faces require payment (this was not before).

1. Fix Amazfit GTR Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Amazfit GTR: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Amazfit GTR App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Amazfit GTR" » Open Amazfit GTR - Watch Face » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Amazfit GTR » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Amazfit GTR - Watch Face app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Amazfit GTR servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Amazfit GTR - Watch Face" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Amazfit GTR app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Amazfit GTR might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Amazfit GTR. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Amazfit GTR then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Amazfit GTR not working

2. Fix Amazfit GTR Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Amazfit GTR be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Amazfit GTR not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Amazfit GTR may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
